All sales are final. Because signed copies are prepared for you and preorders are printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we ship you the wrong item, contact us at uniquelyalecia@protonmail.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement copy or issue a refund.

Preorders: If your preorder is delayed past November 1, we will notify you by email. If we cannot ship your order, or you do not wish to wait after a delay, you may cancel for a full refund.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your order delivered but you did not receive it, or it never arrives, contact us at uniquelyalecia@protonmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Where we ship: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, via USPS.

Preorders: Preorders ship on or after the release date of [DATE]. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Signed copies in stock: Orders ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping rates: $6.00 for one book, plus $1.50 for each additional copy. Orders ship via USPS Media Mail, which can take longer than other USPS services.

Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping, contact uniquelyalecia@protonmail.com and we’ll make it right.
